The Kvasio Mini Boule Basket is a hand-woven rattan banneton designed for the loaves your full-size basket can't make: weeknight dinner rolls, gift-size boules to give away, or perfectly portioned mini ryes for two.

It's the same artisan-quality construction as the bannetons in our Complete Sourdough Kit — just sized down. The natural rattan coils press a beautiful spiral pattern into your dough during proofing, and the breathable weave wicks away just the right amount of moisture for a crispy crust every time.

If you already own the Kvasio Starter Kit, this gives you a new size to play with. If you bake often, it gives you the freedom to bake more variety in one session — a large boule for the week, three minis for the freezer.
